I was wearing my winter jacket earlier this week even though it was 50 degrees... but it was pouring rain and I didn't have a sweatshirt. I was sweltering. :/

You'll never know...I see people dressed in thick jackets here (where it's summer all year long) and well, girls in my country (some, at any rate) think leggings are okay outer wear. She looks cute in it though, so it's okay. I only take offense if people wear nude leggings with normal length shirts, cos they look like they're not wearing anything below :/ Which just freaks me out, cos I always think at first sight that they REALLY aren't wearing anything below. D:
